Engines built, no module screen yet
Three India-specific computation engines are built and tested today — depreciation under Section 32 (block-of-assets WDV with the 180-day put-to-use test), GST returns (multi-slab CGST/SGST/IGST with input tax credit netting) and interest/penalty computation under Sections 234A/B/C/F. They're reachable through the platform's compute API now; a dedicated module screen in the main workspace — the same kind Nepal and the UAE already have — is planned but not yet built, by deliberate sequencing rather than technical limitation. Transfer Pricing already treats India as a full configured jurisdiction for related-party benchmarking.
What this means today
- India depreciation, GST return and interest/penalty engines are implemented and covered by automated tests, not placeholders.
- Transfer Pricing already models India as a jurisdiction for related-party benchmarking and method selection.
- A dedicated India module screen in the main workspace is planned; today these engines are available via the platform's API layer.
